Object:
Cederblad 111, CED 111 in Chamaeleon
Notes:

Ced 111 is a small illuminated part of the Chameleon Cloud, a molecular cloud in which star-forming phenomena are generated, generating small-mass stars; this cloud is of great importance in the study of the formation of planetary systems and brown dwarfs. The star responsible for the illumination of the nebula is the very young star HD 97048, a T Tauri star belonging to the Chamaeleon T1 association, a group of T Tauri stars physically linked to the Chamaeleon I cloud, in which they were formed.

The salmon structure correspond to a bipolar nebula belonging to a newly formed star (catalogued as GN 11.07.3)
